A professional range of back-stapled, pre-stretched artist canvas manufactured to the highest quality standards. Heavier weight 8oz natural cotton duck. Medium grain surface. Ideal for all techniques, including heavier applications of color. 1.5" deep, staple-free edges can be painted to display finished painting with or without a frame. Ideal for use with oil (including water mixable), acrylic and alkyd color.

Triple-coated with acid-free sizing and two coats of highly pigmented acrylic primer formulated by Winsor & Newton.

Balanced absorbency and tooth prevents sinking of oil colors and improves adhesion. Professional frame construction with kiln-dried, beveled stretcher bars. Stretched by hand for best tension and tailored corners with ample canvas on the back for restretching. Available in 29 sizes, including landscape formats. Individually shrink-wrapped.
