About Penco Artists' Supply Warehouse

In March of 2007 Penco expanded at their North Loop Warehouse District Downtown Minneapolis location. Our all new beautiful retail store Penco Artists' Supply Warehouse now occupies nearly the entire 15,000 square foot first floor of the completely renovated SoHo building, a Master Property Development project at 718 Washington Ave North. The space also includes brand new corporate offices and expanded warehouse facilities for parent company Penco Graphic Supply, Inc., and it's Ecommerce websites  www.ArtSuppliesOnline.com, and OfficeSupplyWhse.com. We are just a bit over 6 blocks from the Minnesota Twins new outdoor baseball stadium Target Field, and just Across from Bunker's Music Bar&Cafe,  and just a few blocks north up Washington Avenue from the 394 Exit, and The Monte Carlo Bar & Restaurant and the new hot black sheep coal fired pizza.

Penco has been in the building since 1990 occupying about 1/2 of the first floor, and chose to stay when the opportunity to take the entire first floor came along. Owner's Conrad and Fred Segal have been in the graphic and art supply business for over 30 years. With their combined experience and a friendly knowledgeable staff they offer a terrific source of discount supplies, furniture, and equipment along with hard to find items for both the fine and commercial artist communities, and now a complete Office Supply solution, and Custom Framing  as well.

The new store is hardly just for serious artists. Penco is one of the largest dealers of the premium Kolo photo albums with its "store within the store" boutique, and now has added Expanded Portfolio (featuring Case Envy & Pina Zangaro) and Paper departments (featuring great stationary and artist papers sold by the sheet.) True to its name Penco is an authorized Fine writing instrument dealer offering many popular and unique brands including Cross, Lamy, and Fisher Space Pens.  Also, We now offer Custom Framing and Matting Services with high quality framing at value pricing.

To cater to the growing residential and office population around us, Penco has expanded its supply of general office products (many "green" office and art products as well) and digital tools like Epson and HP printers and Inks, Imation USB flash drives, and CD's and DVD's from Verbatim, Maxell, Imation and more.

Penco has long been a source of Epson printing inks and papers great for photographers, but now along with the flash memory products the growing photography product line includes: the New Gorilla Pod tripod and Delkin Gold archival scratch resistant CD's and DVD's making Penco a must stop when looking to preserve those priceless digital files.

Parents and students have discovered Penco is the perfect place for science and history projects.
