A Crank Easel with an adjustable mast! A modified version of an easel first seen in Paris around 1871. Since then, the design has been altered and changed in size, color and wood type by several companies. This is the BEST version of that great French design.

Although designed for the portrait painter, it is a valuable tool for any painter. This easel will slant forward or backward. Its height is adjustable by the simple turn of a crank. Mounted on front locking casters for mobility this easel includes a middle canvas holder for smaller works. Made of solid oak, this easel will be the focal point of any studio it resides in.
