Returns Policy

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your order contains an item not listed on your packing list, please contact us immediately via e-mail at CustomerService@ArtMaterialsOnline.com or telephone (1-218-325-3001). We will replace wrong items and make a pickup request to return the problem merchandise at our expense. We require that we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving an order that contains wrong items. ArtMaterialsOnline will not replace (at our expense) any shipments containing wrong items where we are not notified within 48 hours of your receipt of your order.
