These 3.4mm core watercolor pencils have a soft texture that makes them easy to blend and layer. The watercolor is not permanent, so once the color is dry you can re-wet it and move it around. They can also be used dry for achieving special blending effects. Packaged in a convenient, hinged metal tins.
